A note with CVSS 9.9 for component SV-SMG-SDD was released by SAP on 12.05.2020. The correction/advisory 2835979 was described with "[CVE-2020-6262] Code Injection vulnerability in Service Data Download" and affects the system type ABAP.
A workaround does not exist, according to SAP Security Advisory team. It is advisable to implement the correction as monthly patch process.
The vulnerability addressed is code injection within ABAP.
