A note with CVSS 5.4 for component EPM-BFC-PSI-INS was released by SAP on 08.03.2022. The correction/advisory 3144941 was described with "[CVE-2022-26104] Missing Authorization check in SAP Financial Consolidation" and affects the system type SAP Financial Consolidation.
A workaround does not exist, according to SAP Security Advisory team. It is advisable to implement the correction as part of maintenance.

Modification of the homepage message requires the new functional role "Manage homepage message" to be assigned to the user that invokes the messages via the API.
