A note with CVSS 6.3 for component FI-FIO-AP was released by SAP on 10.05.2022. The correction/advisory 2754555 was described with "Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability in F0673 Approve Bank Payments back-end" and affects the system type ABAP.
A workaround does not exist, according to SAP Security Advisory team. It is advisable to implement the correction as monthly patch process.
The vulnerability addressed is cross-site request forgery (xsrf) within ABAP.
