On 13.12.2022 a security relevant correction has been released by SAP SE. The manufacturer resolves an issue within Java.
SAP Note 3270399 addresses "[CVE-2022-41273] URL Redirection vulnerability in SAP Sourcing and SAP Contract Lifecycle Management" to prevent url redirection vulnerability with a medium risk for exploitation.
A workaround does not exist, according to SAP Security Advisory team. It is advisable to implement the correction as part of maintenance, the team suggests.

Due to improper input sanitization in SAP Sourcing and SAP Contract Lifecycle Management, attacker can redirect a user to a malicious website.Solution
The affected application has been updated to properly validate the input and therefore to avoid the redirection.
